Hi! I’m Kerryn
Feeling overwhelmed by finances and admin?
I’ll help you maintain accurate books and streamline your processes so you can focus on running your business.
My Approach
I noticed a gap in support for small businesses and entrepreneurs who need help with their finance and admin processes, but aren’t sure where to start.
I provide accounting and administrative support, helping small business owners maintain accurate books, understand their liabilities and compliance requirements, make confident financial decisions, and simplify processes.
My goal is to free up your time so you can focus on running your business - without the overwhelm.
The result?
Less stress, more clarity, and the ability to focus your time and energy on the areas of your business that need you the most.
Why Work With Me?
There is no way around it - running a business comes with financial and administrative responsibilities. The good news? You are not expected to manage every single aspect of your business alone.
I’m here to handle the areas that I’m well equipped for, so you can focus on your strengths too.
I thrive on collaborating with business owners and giving them the tools to understand their numbers, and make strong informed decisions.
I bring clarity and structure to your processes, keep your books accurate and up to date, and help you understand your numbers.
Based in the Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia, I work remotely with clients across the country. Location is no barrier.
A flexible, fully remote approach allows seamless collaboration no matter where you’re located and we can get started as soon as you’re ready.

Accounting Support (Ongoing)
Many of my clients receive regular weekly support tailored to what their business needs. I work in partnership with you to determine which tasks you would like to handover to ensure the financial aspect of your business runs smoothly.
Here’s what this could typically include:
Invoicing and payment follow-up
I prepare and send your sales invoices, track what’s been paid, and help chase up overdue payments so you get paid faster.Bill processing and supplier management
I enter and organise bills from suppliers, schedule payments, and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks.Bank reconciliation
I match what’s in your Xero file with your real bank statements, ensuring your accounts are accurate and up to date every week.Payroll support
I process employee pays, superannuation and ensure everything is calculated correctly and on time.Periodic financial reporting
You’ll get regular reports (monthly or quarterly) that show your income, expenses and cashflow in a way that’s easy to understand and useful for decision making.Email, calendar and administration
I handle email communications and other ad-hoc tasks, such as creating or formatting documents in Word, or organising and analysing data in Excel spreadsheets.
I believe best practice is to keep your accounting up to date on a regular basis, so you’re never facing a last minute scramble before deadlines like BAS or tax lodgements. When your financial records are updated consistently:
Your numbers are accurate and always ready for reporting - no missing invoices or forgotten expenses.
Your GST, payroll and tax obligations become much less stressful because the data is already organised and correct.
You avoid costly catch up work, errors, and potential penalties from rushed or late reporting.
You get a clear, real time picture of how your business is performing - helping you plan ahead with confidence instead of guessing.
Rather than untangling a backlog of financial admin, keeping things current week-to-week means reduced overwhelm, compliance with ATO requirements, and more time to focus on running and growing your business.
What Clients are Saying
"Kerryn has been such a valuable asset to our team, bringing such a wealth of knowledge that was lacking in our business. Kerryn has quite literally taken the stress out of managing the financials of our business and freed up so much of our time that we can now spend focusing our attention where it is needed in growing and expanding our business. Let her do her thing so we can do our thing with the added bonus of trusting her to do the right thing! Thanks Kerryn, you're the best."
Luke McGrath, IMM
“I do not know what I did before Kerryn! Kerryn jumped into our business seamlessly, she quickly took ownership and responsibility, giving us full faith in her capabilities. She has attention to detail, initiative, and is absolutely self-sufficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble or too much work, and no question is too silly. Kerryn makes me feel confident and supported and allows me to focus on the business knowing we can trust her to take care of things behind the scenes. She is lovely, friendly, professional, and amazing at what she does. I strongly recommend Kerryn, and only hope that she doesn’t outgrow us, because we need her forever!”
